  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cabbage and carrots; sauté until softened but still crunchy, about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil; add red pepper flakes if desired. Stir well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions before serving.
