  • 4 mahi mahi fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mango salsa (fresh mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each mahi mahi fillet in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
