  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (or quinoa)
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade preferred)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced

Instructions
