Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and heat a pizza stone if available.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread goat cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs and optional pine nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serving warm.
