- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) puff pastry or pre-made cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and line the bottom and sides of the prepared pan.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the crust, swirl in melted butter mixed with cinnamon and brown sugar, then top with remaining filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow cooling before removing from the pan.
