  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles

Instructions
