- 1 cup crisp lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, shred chicken using two forks, and mix in lime juice.
