- 2 cups shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese blend

- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned; drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the cheese blend.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef mixture, and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
