- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
- 3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- 4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled.
- 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and blueberries.
- 6. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
- 7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes before baking for 25–30 minutes.
