  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
  3. 3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and blueberries.
  6. 6. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. 7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes before baking for 25–30 minutes.
