  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Create a well in the center; add milk and egg. Gently fold until just combined; then fold in blueberries.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
