- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
