- 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
