  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly wobbly.
  6. Allow cooling at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
