  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place shredded mozzarella cheese along the outer edge of the dough. Fold the dough over the cheese and press firmly to seal.
