  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Chop carrots, celery, and onion; set aside.
  2. Sauté onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Layer chicken in the slow cooker followed by carrots, peas, celery, and sautéed onions. Sprinkle thyme and rosemary on top.
