  • 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 ears corn on the cob (cut into pieces)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or seasoning blend of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Tear four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil and divide the mixture among them.
