  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and layer with chopped onions and minced garlic.
