  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • ½ cup sour cream (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a diameter of approximately 12 inches.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped chicken breasts seasoned with salt and chili powder until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Spread salsa over the rolled-out dough as the sauce base.
  5. Evenly layer on the cooked chicken, black beans, and bell pepper slices.
  6. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
