  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
