Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
