  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the vegetables.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add chicken until golden brown.
  3. Mix in carrots and bell pepper; cook for an additional few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch until well combined.

  7. About 30 minutes before serving, add cooked lo mein noodles to the pot and stir gently.
