  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 soft flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add diced chicken and taco seasoning; cook until chicken is no longer pink (7-10 minutes).
