  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the dry mixture and stir until evenly coated.
