- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing into strips.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread ranch dressing in the center, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, sliced chicken, and cheese if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to wrap securely.
