  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, spread ranch dressing in the center, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, sliced chicken, and cheese if desired.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to wrap securely.
  5. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for serving. Enjoy with extra ranch on the side.
