- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)

Instructions
- Dice the chicken and chop the vegetables.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery for about 5 minutes until softened; then add garlic.
