- 2 cups mini pasta shells or broken lasagna sheets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground meat with diced onion for about 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Stir in minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes (with juices), tomato sauce, and chicken broth; stir to combine.
