  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Remove leaves and stem, then chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until rice-sized; avoid mushiness.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
